Rice And Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
2-1/2 C. cooked brown rice
3 green onions, chopped
1 C. cottage cheese, low fat
1 tsp. dill weed
1/4 C. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 C. milk, low fat
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
nonstick vegetable spray
Cooking Instructions
Combine all but the last ingredient in a mixing bowl. Pour into a casserole dish coated with nonstick vegetable spray. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes.
