Plum Sorbet
Ingredients
2-1/2 C. plums, peeled and diced
1/3 C. fresh lemon juice
1/3 C. sugar
3 Tbsp. cherry brandy
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and freeze for several hours. Remove from freezer, whip, and freeze again for 2 hours. Let mixture stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly before serving.
