Tinfoil Patties
Ingredients
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 green bell peppers
1 lg. onion
Seasonings: salt, pepper, Accent, garlic salt
1 can green chilies, whole
A-1 sauce
Roll of aluminum foil
Cooking Instructions
Make 4 (1/2 pound) patties. Cut bell peppers in half and clean out. Place patties in pepper halves. Cover patties with green chilies. Put 1 healthy slice of onion on each patty. Season. Double wrap (2 layers) patties in aluminum foil and seal both ends. Place on grate over coals. Cook to taste.
