Porcupine Meatballs2
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 C. uncooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 soup cans of water
Cooking Instructions
Mix ground beef, egg, rice, salt and onion well and make into balls. Place meatballs in a large casserole. Blend tomato soup with water and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350ΒΊ for 1 1/2 hours in covered casserole.
