Enchilada Casserole 1
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. tomato sauce
12 flour tortillas
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 small can sliced ripe olives
green chilies, optional
Cooking Instructions
Brown meat with oregano, salt, and garlic. Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce; heat. Dip tortillas in heated sauce. Spread 3 tortillas in greased casserole. Make layers of meat mixture, cheese, onions and olives and sauce beginning with tortillas and ending with cheese and sauce. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
