1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. white bread flour
1 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. water or flour at a time if needed

3/4 C. sourdough culture
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 C. white bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. water or flour at a time if needed
2 pound loaf:
1/2 C. water
1 C. sourdough culture
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 C. white bread flour
2 tsp. yeast
1 Tbsp. water or flour at a time if needed
