Salmon Cheese Loaf
Ingredients
1 can salmon-16 oz. drained, with bones removed
1 can sliced mushrooms 4 oz. drained
1 1/2 C. bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 C. grated American cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dry minced onion
Cooking Instructions
Flake fish, add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased crock pot and shape into rounded loaf. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour then low 3 to 5 hours.
