Muesli
Ingredients
1 C. old fashioned oats
1/2 C. oat bran
1-1/2 C. plain low fat yogurt
1/2 C. coarsely grated apple
1/2 C. coarsely grated pear
1/3 C. chopped almonds
1/4 C. raisins
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl stir together oats, oat bran, and yogurt. Cover and chill mixture for 30 minutes. Stir in apple, pear, almonds, raisins, honey, and spices. Mix well.
