Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients
2 pounds Round steak, cut in cubes
1 C. Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Thyme, dried
1 Bay leaf
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Tomatoes
1 C. Sour cream
Cooking Instructions
Put steak cubes, onions, garlic in crock pot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving.
