Marinated Cucumbers
Ingredients
6 large cucumbers, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 C. rice vinegar
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/8 Tbsp. pepper, coarsely ground
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Serve with salad, or the dish by itself.
