Swedish Pineapple Supreme Cake
Ingredients
20 ounce can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/2 C. nuts, chopped
Topping
1 stick butter
8 ounce package cream cheese
2 C. confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C. nuts, chopped
Cooking Instructions
Mix cake ingredients together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Beat topping ingredients and have it ready when cake comes out of oven. Spread on warm cake and then cool.
