Oat Bran Muffin Bread
Ingredients
1 package yeast
1 1/4 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. better for bread white flour
1/2 C. oat bran
1/2 C. rolled oats (quaker oats)
3/4 C. nabisco one hundred percent bran cereal (or equivalent)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can 8.25-ounce can libby’s lite sliced peaches, drained cut in pieces
1 Tbsp. drained peach juice from ca
1 small banana, ripe, sliced
2 Tbsp. raisins, warmed 10 seconds in microwave
1 egg
1/4 C. nonfat milk, warm
Cooking Instructions
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
