Creamy Tofu Dressing
Ingredients
1 C. firm tofu, sliced
1 large garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 lemon, juice with pulp
1/4 tsp. dried leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. dried leaf marjoram
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 C. water (about)
Cooking Instructions
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as needed to make desired consistency. Process until smooth.
