Ingredients

1/2 C. nonfat cottage cheese, sieve
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
1/2 C. Equal or Sugar Twin
1 tsp. vanilla

Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread on cake. Frosts one cake.
