Pecan Delight Breakfast Rolls
Ingredients
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
Chopped pecans
1 pkg. instant butter pecan pudding mix
2-3 loaves partially thawed frozen bread dough
Cooking Instructions
Cut dough into marshmallow-sized pieces and place in greased 9×13 inch pan. Sprinkle on chopped pecans and pudding mix. Cook the brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, and cinnamon to slow boil. Pour syrup over dough and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Cover with waxed paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Turn out on foil after 3 or 4 minutes.
