Teriyaki Steak
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless round steak
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 C. soy sauce
1 garlic clove crushed
Cooking Instructions
Cut the steak into 1/8 inch thick slices. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Place the meat in the crock pot and pour sauce over it all. cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
