Spicy Malaysian Beef
Ingredients
1 pound lean round steak trimmed, and cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 onion chopped
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in a crock pot and stir well. Cover and cook at low setting until meat is very tender about 12 to 18 hours. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables, if desired.
