Pot Roast Coffee Style With Vegetables
Ingredients
6 each Carrots, peeled, diced
2 C. Potatoes, peeled, diced
2 pounds Pot Roast, type beef
1 dash Salt, Pepper
1 C. Canned Tomatoes
1 C. Black Coffee
1 C. Water
Cooking Instructions
Put vegetables in crock pot. Add beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and liquids. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or until tender. If desired, thicken with flour and water base.
