Mexican Meatballs
Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package meatloaf seasoning mix
1 can chopped green chili peppers-4 oz.
3/4 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Mix hamburger and meatloaf seasoning as directed on package. Shape into balls and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt cheese with water over low heat or in microwave. Add taco seasoning mix and chili pepper to cheese sauce. Place meatballs in crock pot, pour cheese sauce over meatballs. Cook on low setting for 3 hours.
