Dill Chicken With Vegetables
Ingredients
1 pounds chicken tenders to 1 1/2 pounds cut in 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
or a small onion, chopped
1 can 98% fat-reduced cream of mushroom soup
1 packet mushroom gravy mix-1 oz.
chicken or country gravy may be
substituted
1 C. baby carrots
1/2 tsp. dill weed to 1 C.
Seasoned salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 C. frozen peas
Cooking Instructions
Combine first 8 ingredients in the crock pot, cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add frozen peas during the last 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
