Chicken With Tortillas
Ingredients
1 dozen corn tortillas
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
Or cream of celery soup
1 package Jack cheese 8 oz. grated
1 package Cheddar cheese 8 oz. grated
2 cans chopped chiles 4 oz. each
1 boiled de-boned chicken 3 to 4 C. chopped chicken
1/2 medium onion diced
Cooking Instructions
Layer in a crock pot: Soup, tortillas, cheese, chicken, chiles, onion, soup, repeat, etc. until ingredients are used up. Start on high for 1/2 hour. Reduce temperature to low and cook for 6 hours.
