Carrots With Orange Glaze
Ingredients
3 C. thinly-sliced carrots
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 C. water
3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Cooking Instructions
Combine carrots, water, and salt in crock pot. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours or until the carrots are done. Drain well, stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high 20 to 30 minutes.
