Pineapple Cake With Boiled Topping
Ingredients
2 C. sugar
2 C. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla
Topping:
1 1/2 C. brown sugar, packed
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. milk
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients in bowl and beat 2-3 minutes. Pour in greased pan 13 x 9 x 2). Bake 30-35 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cake is done, bring topping mixture to boil and pour over the warm cake.
