Ingredients

1 packet chocolate fudge cake mix with pudding
3 eggs
1/3 C. oil
1 1/2 C. water
Filling
3 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1/3 C. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 C. mini chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

Prepare cake mix according to package directions using eggs, oil and water. Line empty paper egg carton with mini C.cake liners (about 1 3/4 inches top diameter) Remove cream cheese from wrappers, place in small glass bowl. Microwave on Medium until softened, about 1 minute. Add Sugar and eggs, beating until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Place a scant tsp. cake mix batter in C., top with half tsp. filling. Cover with paper napkin. Microwave on High 1 carton (12 muffins) for 1 minute and 10 seconds, or 2 cartons (24 muffins) for 2 minutes and 45 seconds.
