Liberian Pound Cake
Ingredients
1 pound. butter
4 eggs
1 C. carnation milk
1 pound sugar
1 pound flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk. Sift baking powder and flour together and mix all together well. Bake in moderate oven until toothpick tested.
