H Ot Fudge Pudding Cake
Ingredients
3/4 C. sugar; granulated
1 C. all purpose flour
3 tsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 C. light brown sugar;
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. milk
1/3 C. butter or margarine; melted
4 tsp. cocoa
1 1/4 C. water; hot

Cooking Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine 3/4 C. granulated sugar, flour, 3 Tbls. cocoa, baking powder and salt. Blend in milk, melted butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into a 8 or 9″ square baking pan. In small bowl, combine 1/2 C. granulated sugar, 1 1/2 C. brown sugar and 4 Tbls. cocoa. Sprinkle mixture, evenly, over the batter. Pour the hot water over top; do not stir. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven or until center is almost set. Let stand for 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes, spooning sauce from bottom of pan over top. Garnish with whipped topping.
