Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground sausage
8 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 C. grated cheese
Picante sauce, optional

Cooking Instructions

Brown sausage in a skillet. Add eggs, beaten with milk, cook until done. Warm tortillas. Serve mixture over tortillas, top with grated cheese (Colby, Monterey Jack, mozzarella or Cheddar) and picante sauce. Serves 5.
