Ingredients

3 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 C. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. crushed pineapple
3 eggs; slightly beaten
1/4 C. applesauce
2 C. bananas; thinly sliced
1 C. nuts; chopped (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Mix flour, soda, sugar, cinnamon, and salt into large mixing bowl. Make a well in center. Pour remaining ingredients into well. Mix with a spoon until well combined. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tests done. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm if desired.
