Ingredients

2 1/2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 C. butter
1/2 C. apple schnapps
1 1/2 C. applesauce
2 eggs
1/2 C. nuts; chopped
1 C. raisins (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Cream butter, add apple sauce and apple schnapps, beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat for another 2 minutes. Stir in nuts, and raisins. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 -50 minutes. Cool.
