Ingredients

12 small white potatoes peeled
3 pounds beef roast
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 C. chopped onion
1 can tomato sauce-15 oz.
1/4 C. brown sugar packed
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce to 3 Tbsp.
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Cooking Instructions

Place potatoes in crock pot. Brown roast on all sides in hot oil. Place meat in cooker with drippings. Combine all other ingredients and pour over meat and potatoes. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
