Ingredients

2 tsp. yeast
3 C. flour, bread
2 Tbsp. milk, powdered
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1 1/4 C. water
1 C. fruit, dried

Cooking Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
