Hash Brown Potato Bake
Ingredients
2 C. loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 oz. cream cheese with chives, softened and cut up
1/2 C. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. crushed corn flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika (optional)
Cooking Instructions
In a large strainer, rinse potatoes with cold water until slightly thawed; drain. In a 3 qt. casserole, combine potatoes, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk and garlic powder. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6 to 9 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring once. Remove. Sprinkle with corn flakes, and add paprika, if desired.
