Ingredients

1 C. water
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
20 oz. (1 package) Kool Aid unsweetened drink mix, strawberry flavor, or 20 oz.
(1 package) Wyler’s unsweetened flavored soft drink mix
8 packets Equal sugar substitute
1 package low calorie whipped toppi

Cooking Instructions

Place butter in a 9 inch pie plate (glass), heat in microwave 30 seconds. Blend in remaining ingredients. Distribute mixture evenly over bottom and sides of pie plate, pressing firmly. Cook in microwave oven 2-2 1/2 minutes, rotating pan 1/2 turn after 1 minute.
