Sausage
Ingredients
50 lbs. meat, half deer and half pork
6 oz. black pepper
2 oz. red peppers
8 oz. salt
1 1/4 oz. gumbo file
2 (5/8 oz.) bottles parsley flakes
2 sm. cans sage
Garlic powder to taste
Cooking Instructions
Mix well by hand. Can be pan fried or stuffed and smoked.
