Deer Jerky 3
Ingredients
3 lbs. deer
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
1 (12 oz.) can beer
Dash lemon pepper
Cooking Instructions
Slice thinly in 2″ strips. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Let marinade in this mixture 24 hours. Place in dehydrator and dry for 24 hours. Remove and chew away.
