Vegetarian Protein Loaf
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 C. cooked brown rice
1/2 C. cut onions
1/2 C. cut mushrooms
1/2 C. crushed nuts
1/4 C. wheat germ
2 C. grated cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for about an hour in greased loaf pan. This may be served plain or with gravy. Optional: You can add celery, carrots, etC.
