Vegetarian Meat Balls 4
Ingredients
1/2 box Stone Ground wheat crackers or
any kind of wheat crackers
1/2 C. nuts
1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
4 eggs
1 lg. onion
1 can mushroom soup
Cooking Instructions
Mix all together and make meat balls. Brown. Pour mushroom soup (mixed with 1/2 cup milk) over meat balls and simmer 20 minutes. Serve hot.
