Stir Fry Vegetables
Ingredients
3 med. carrots
3 med. potatoes
1/2 head cabbage
1 med. onion
1 bell pepper
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Cooking Instructions
Shred cabbage, peel potatoes and carrots and slant slice them. Cut potatoes in half and slice not too thick. Put in skillet and stir fry until tender. Do not over cook. Salt and pepper to taste. Good for vegetarian meal.
