Ingredients

1/3 C. pureed pumpkin
3/4 C. apple juice
1 1/2 eggs
3 Tbsp. honey
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. vital gluten; to 3 Tbsp.
3/4 C. oat or wheat flakes
3 C. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. yeast
1/3 C. diced dried apple
3 Tbsp. ground nuts

Cooking Instructions

Add ingredients according to manufacturer’s directions. Medium color setting. Add dried apple and nuts at the beep.
