Ingredients

1 package yeast
3 C. bread flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. sweet butter
2 Tbsp. instant mashed potato flakes
1 C. hot milk

Cooking Instructions

Place the first 5 ingredients into the pan. Sprinkle the potato flakes over the hot milk and stir. Let cool slightly. Add milk, select white bread, and push start.
