Ingredients

3/4 C. orange juice
6 Tbsp. mustard
1 C. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
mixed lettuce

Cooking Instructions

In a blender, puree the orange juice, mustard, and olive oil. Season to taste. Serve over mixed fresh greens.
