Cheese Spread
Ingredients
1/3 C. rolled or quick oats
1/4 C. nuts or seeds
1 C. water
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 Tbsp. yeast flakes
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 C. lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Blend smooth all but lemon juice. Add juice. Lightly boil in a saucepan, stirring, 5 to 10 minutes.
