Carob Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients
1 C. water
1/3 C. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. carob powder
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 C. date dried fruit jam or
1/4 C. sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
Mix together in saucepan. Lightly boil, stirring, 5 to 10 minutes. Chill.
