Bruschetta With Stamp Collection Vegetable Chips
Ingredients
sun dried tomatoes
1 slices spelt (gluten free) bread, toasted
olive oil
vegetarian goats cheese
fresh basil
stamp collection vegetable chips
Cooking Instructions
Spread the sun dried tomatoes on the toast. Sprinkle with a little olive oil. Cover with goats cheese. Grill then scatter over a little fresh chopped basil. Serve with stamp collection vegetable chips.
