Vegetable Millet Delight
Ingredients
6 ounce millet; cooked
16 ounce ;water
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 ounce mushrooms; chopped
3 ounce red and green pepper
3 ounce onion; chopped
Cooking Instructions
Place cooked millet in blender with 16 ounce water, coriander, salt, and oil. Puree until smooth. Pour into saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables, and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
