Turkey Shortcakes
Ingredients
1/2 lb. process cheese
2 Tbsp. chicken broth or milk
2 C. cubed cooked turkey or 15-oz. canned boned turkey (optional)
1-1/2 tsp. minced onion, instant
salt
pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place cheese and broth in double broiler. Cook over boiling water until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally to blend. Add remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste. Serve over hot toast, hot biscuits or corn bread.
