Triple Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
1 dark chocolate cake mix
1 box chocolate instant pudding mix
3/4 C. sour cream
1/2 C. vegetable oil
1/2 C. water
1/4 C. mayonnaise
4 eggs
3 Tbsp. almond liqueur
1 tsp. almond extract
1 C. chocolate chips
1/2 C. toasted chopped almonds
Glaze
1 C. icing sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips and almonds in a large mixing bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed using electric mixer. Fold in almonds and chocolate chips. Pour in grease and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake in 350 oven for 55 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool slightly. Pour mixed glaze over warm cake.
