Tortilla For Breakfast
Ingredients
1 pkg. tortilla, corn or flour
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
2 tsp. butter
6 eggs
Salt and pepper
1/2 C. sour cream
1 lb. hamburger meat of choice, cooked
1/2 C. salsa
Cooking Instructions
Heat in large fry pan butter and chopped onion, hamburger and green pepper. Stir fry until tender. Scramble eggs and pour over onion mix and cook until half cooked. Spoon into tortilla shells and roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add sour cream and salsa, bake 5 to 10 minutes longer. Serves 6.
