Spanish Cornbread
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
3/4 pkg. Cheddar cheese
2 pods jalapeno peppers
1 C. cornbread mix
1 C. milk
1 egg
1 (#3) can cream corn
Cooking Instructions
Fry hamburger; drain off excess liquid. Mix with onion, cheese, and peppers. Mix cornbread mix, milk, egg, and corn together. Pour 1/2 of cornbread mix in 10″ skillet. Put hamburger mix in. Pour remainder of cornbread mix on top. Bake at 350ΒΊ for 45 minutes.
