Sourdough Dill And Onion Rye Bread
Ingredients
1 tsp. red star yeast
2 1/3 C. bread flour
1/4 C. rye flour
1 Tbsp. lecithin granules
1 Tbsp. gluten
1 tsp. dill weed (dried)
1 tsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 C. water
1 C. sourdough starter
Cooking Instructions
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
